KoliGirl ("the app") is a mobile platformer game developed by an independent developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information is collected when you play the app and how it is used.
KoliGirl does not require you to create an account, and does not itself collect your name, email address, or any other personal information. Gameplay progress (such as unlocked levels and lives) is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK), which is how the app is funded. To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process technical information from your device, which can include:

You can also limit ad tracking directly from your device's system settings (e.g. Android Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Reset advertising ID").
KoliGirl offers one optional, one-time in-app purchase (unlocking Act 2's additional levels). This purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing, tied to your Google Play account. We never see or store your payment details — Google handles the transaction and shares only the purchase status with the app so it can unlock the content. You can review your purchase history any time in Google Play's own order history.
KoliGirl is a general-audience app and is not directed at, or intentionally marketed to, children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.
Because the app does not collect or store personal information on our own servers, there is no such data for us to secure. Any technical data processed for advertising purposes is handled under Google's own security practices, described in the Google Privacy Policy linked above.
